Mr. Kanubhai M. Patel
Non Executive Chairman
Shri Kanubhai M. Patel serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the company, bringing over 48 years of expertise in infrastructure, spanning construction, development, and operations. A founding member of the company, he has been a part of the Board of Directors since its inception on March 20, 1995.

Recognized for his outstanding contributions to the industry, Mr. Patel was honored with the Patidar Udyog Ratna at the Sardardham Global Patidar Business Summit (2018–2020) and the Bharat Udyog Ratna by the All India Business Development Association in 2015. His visionary leadership and deep industry insights continue to guide the company’s strategic growth and excellence in the infrastructure sector.
Mr. Brijesh K. Patel
Managing Director
Mr. Brijesh K. Patel is the Managing Director of the company, bringing over 25 years of expertise in executing large-scale infrastructure projects. Holding a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pune, he plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company's Highways, Railways & Metro, and Water & Irrigation verticals.

Since joining the Board of Directors on March 2, 1998, his leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving the company's growth and success in the infrastructure sector.
Mr. Mrunal K. Patel
Managing Director
Mr. Mrunal K. Patel plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, with over 22 years of experience in infrastructure project execution. As Managing Director, he leads the Mining, Energy Infrastructure, and Building & Factories verticals, ensuring efficiency and innovation in every project.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (Information Technology) from the Nirma University of Science and Technology. A member of the Board of Directors since January 23, 2002, Mr. Patel’s leadership continues to drive the company’s growth, strengthening its position in the infrastructure sector.
Mr. Nareshkumar P. Suthar
Executive Director
Mr. Nareshkumar P. Suthar is a Whole-time Director of the company, bringing 34 years of experience in infrastructure project execution. With a diploma in civil engineering, he has a strong technical foundation and deep industry expertise.

Before joining our company, he served as a Project Manager at Bhavna Engineering Company, gaining valuable experience in project management. As Executive Director, he oversees Business Development and Civil Engineering aspects, playing a key role in the company's growth and operational excellence. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 1, 2003.
Mr. Suhas V. Joshi
Whole Time Director
Mr. Suhas V. Joshi, a seasoned infrastructure professional with 47 years of experience, specializes in construction, operations, management, and procurement across various sectors, including buildings and factories, bridges, urban infrastructure, power plants, and build-operate-transfer (BOT) projects.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and was a co-promoter of JMC Projects (India) Limited, contributing significantly to its success.

Since joining the Board of Directors on June 26, 2013, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence.
Mr. Ketan Harshadrai Mehta
Independent Director

Ketan Harshadrai Mehta is a Chartered Accountant (FCA, DISA) with over 36 years of experience in Direct Taxation, Statutory Audits, and Financial Governance. A Founding Partner at Mehta Sheth & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad) since 1989, he has extensive expertise in Bank Audits, RBI regulatory compliance, Income Tax litigation, Corporate Taxation, and NRI investment advisory.

 

He brings strong corporate governance credentials, having served eight years as an Independent Director at Montecarlo Limited, and is set to take charge as Director of The AMCO Bank, bringing his banking, audit, and financial oversight expertise to board-level governance.


He is also a long-standing Member of the Board of Studies (Commerce) at Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya for over 25 years. A B.Com graduate (10th Rank) from Gujarat University and ICAI-qualified in 1989, he has held leadership roles in civic life, including President of the Rotary Club of Gandhinagar and Convener of the Gandhinagar CPE Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI, reflecting a career built on professional scepticism, analytical rigor, and ethical standards.


He is again appointed as an Independent Director with effect from June 20, 2026.

Mr. Dipak K. Palkar
Independent Director
Mr. Dipak K. Palkar, an Independent Director of our company, brings 40 years of experience in institutional sales, logistics, and human resource & management. He holds a postgraduate diploma in business management from the Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication & Management, Bombay, along with a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a diploma in taxation laws and practices from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.

As the proprietor of Manokam (HR & Management Consultants), he has been instrumental in guiding businesses with his expertise. He has also previously worked with Symphony Limited and Hawkins Cookers Limited, further strengthening his experience in corporate management.

Since February 17, 2018, he has been a Director on the Board, contributing his vast knowledge in business operations and strategic management.
Ms. Purvi Parikh
Independent Women Director
Ms. Purvi Parikh, an Independent Director of the company, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (USCPA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, USA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and has further credentials in Forensic Audit & Fraud Prevention (ICAI) and Management Development Program (IIMA).

With over a decade of industry experience, she worked in Finance and Accounts at Larsen & Toubro Limited before transitioning into Consulting & Risk Advisory Services in 2012. She specializes in strategy and advisory for outsourcing KPO firms, supporting US CPAs in tax and audit services.

Since 2015, she has served as an Independent Director on the board of a listed infrastructure company and its group entities, including multiple SPVs managed by the Investment Manager (IM) of an infrastructure InvIT sponsored by L&T, involving key foreign strategic investors.

Ms. Parikh is also empaneled as an arbitrator at IDAC India and serves on grievance redressal and arbitration panels for NSE and MCX, handling cases regularly. She joined the Board of Directors on June 28, 2023, bringing her extensive financial expertise and governance experience to the company.
